Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) has launched its second major court battle against Agriculture Minister John Steenhuisen — this time over his decision to push through a R70 million Foot and Mouth Disease vaccination campaign for cattle. Just earlier, LFN already took him to court for authorising poultry vaccinations against Avian Flu without public consultation or scientific transparency. Now the Minister has repeated the same unlawful pattern: no records, no peer-reviewed studies, and no chance for South Africans to have their say. LFN argues that this “double vaccine scandal” threatens not just farmers, but every consumer who will unknowingly eat products from vaccinated animals, while government once again hides behind secrecy instead of science.

South Africa’s social media recently erupted over the death of American activist Charlie Kirk. Yet while many rushed to celebrate his words, Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) has for years been fighting in our own courts — without fanfare, without deep-pocket donors, and without media coverage. Unlike Kirk, whose influence was amplified by celebrity platforms, LFN takes the battle straight to the judiciary and international forums. Today we carry around 20 active court and international challenges against state over-reach and assist over 300 ordinary South Africans in family, criminal, and civil cases — all self-represented, all without expecting anything in return. While Kirk preached about Christian and conservative values, I have not only lived these convictions through daily activism but also captured them in a book that speaks directly to the challenges facing Christians in South Africa. South Africans must ask themselves: will we continue to idolise foreign celebrity activists, or will we finally stand with those actually fighting here at home?

In just one month, Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) has lodged four major High Court applications in Pretoria — three of them in the past week alone. These cases, ignored by mainstream media, tackle issues that affect every South African.

LFN is challenging the mass poultry vaccination decision by Agriculture Minister John Steenhuisen, exposing the lack of consultation and transparency; demanding confirmation that the COVID-19 National State of Disaster ended on 14 June 2020, and that all extensions thereafter were unlawful; seeking to stop government from secretly implementing the 2024 WHO International Health Regulations amendments without Parliament or public input; and fighting against the Draft School Admission Regulations, which threaten children’s and parents’ constitutional rights.

Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) has filed a landmark High Court application to stop the World Health Organisation’s amended International Health Regulations from being imposed on South Africans in secret. LFN argues that no treaty can become binding law without Parliament and public participation, and demands that government be interdicted from enforcing the IHR amendments until constitutional processes are followed.

On 29 August 2025, Liberty Fighters Network filed a High Court application against the DA’s Basic Education Minister to block a school admission vaccine mandate. We argue that the draft regulation is unconstitutional from the start — it contradicts the South African Schools Act and violates parental and children’s rights under the Constitution.
