Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) has filed a landmark High Court application to stop the World Health Organisation’s amended International Health Regulations from being imposed on South Africans in secret. LFN argues that no treaty can become binding law without Parliament and public participation, and demands that government be interdicted from enforcing the IHR amendments until constitutional processes are followed.
LFN has challenged Minister Gwarube (from the DA) over the shocking Draft Regulation 14 that would make proof of vaccination a condition for school admission. While the Minister replied, she failed to provide the evidence behind this proposal — or commit to protecting parents’ and children’s rights before it becomes law. LFN will not allow forced vaccination by stealth, and if transparency is denied, we are ready to take this battle to the High Court.

LFN has formally given Minister of Basic Education Siviwe Gwarube 14 days to hand over all evidence and records justifying her proposed “No Jab, No School” Regulation 14. If she fails, we will strike first — with a court application to block the regulation before it can be implemented. We’ve seen this playbook before during COVID-19, when coercive policies were pushed through without proper proof, and we will not allow the same authoritarian overreach to target our children’s classrooms. This is not about public health — it’s about power, and we are ready to stop it.

The same state that once urged citizens to trust COVID-19 vaccines — three of which were later deregistered following LFN’s relentless legal challenge — now expects us to trust again, without question.
