These scams falsely promise that court filings can cancel debt and stop repossessions — they don’t work. Victims have lost homes and farms, while the banks continue with auctions undeterred. Courts do not accept emancipation or “Bills of Exchange” as legal defences. LFN is fighting back — currently in the High Court, Johannesburg in the Falecia Mvenya case to expose systemic bias.
