Project: End Racial Classification, Discrimination and BBBEE (2025)

South Africa has reached a turning point.
For more than three decades after 1994, the country has continued to operate under race-based economic policies such as Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE). What began as a corrective measure has become an entrenched system of exclusion — dividing citizens into racial categories and denying millions the right to full economic participation.

The Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) believes that true equality cannot exist while South Africans are still forced to identify by race.
Our End Racial Classification, Discrimination, and BBBEE (2025) project is a peaceful, lawful, and constitutional campaign aimed at restoring non-racialism as a founding value of the Republic.

⚖️ Purpose of This Project

LFN’s objective is simple: to bring BBBEE and race-based legislation to an end — legally.
We call on all citizens, especially those excluded by BBBEE, to declassify their racial status by submitting LFN’s Form 1 – Notification to the Department of Home Affairs of Racial Declassification.
This form formally declares one’s identification as African, in line with the constitutional rights to equality, dignity, and freedom of association.

For those who are discriminated against at work or otherwise based on their racial classification, we have also developed a Form 2 – Notification to Employer/Third Party of Racial Declassification.
